Roadshows and multi-day schedules
On a roadshow, a management team holds several meetings with investors, clients or partners in a single day, often at different addresses across Barcelona and with an early or late flight. In these cases you can combine the airport transfer with an hourly chauffeur service that stays with you for the whole day.
To plan it properly, send us the schedule with the addresses and expected times, the number of people and the flights. If the schedule runs over several days or includes other towns in Catalonia, we will suggest how to split the services and which vehicles suit best, for example a Top-Van when the whole team travels together.
Company account, app and tailored invoicing
Companies can work with Autolux through an account that lets them book in our own app for Android and iOS or through the web account, as well as by phone and by email at reservas@autolux.cat. That way the executive assistant, the travel department or reception can manage bookings for several people from one place.
Invoicing is adapted to your organisation: it can be grouped by department, by cost centre or by the reference you give us with each booking, such as a project or purchase order number. This makes expense control easier and avoids having to collect and justify taxi receipts one by one.

Discretion, languages and electric vehicles
Our chauffeurs are polite, responsible and discreet, and they speak more than one language. During the journey, an executive can make calls or prepare for a meeting in peace. Customer service is available in Catalan, Spanish, English, German, Italian and French, which helps when a booking is made by a foreign subsidiary or visitor.
For high-level travel there is the Top category (long-wheelbase Mercedes S-Class), and for everyday use the Business category (Mercedes E-Class or Audi A6). If your company has sustainability targets, you can request the Electric category (Tesla Model S). Autolux is investing in electric vehicles with the goal of a 100% electric fleet in the coming years.

Yes. For a roadshow you can combine airport transfers with an hourly chauffeur for the day of meetings. Send us the schedule with addresses and times and we will propose the arrangements and the price.
Do you have electric vehicles for corporate travel?
