Privacy policy
This policy explains how Autolux Serveis Integrals de Transports S.L. processes the personal data you provide when booking a chauffeur service, requesting a quote or contacting us, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). It also explains how you can exercise your rights.

We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Managing bookings for chauffeur transport services
- Preparing and sending requested quotes
- Responding to contact requests and enquiries
- Issuing invoices and meeting accounting and tax obligations
Legal basis
The legal basis for managing bookings and quotes is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request (article 6.1.b GDPR). Invoicing is based on compliance with legal obligations (article 6.1.c GDPR). Replying to enquiries is based on your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law. Technical providers that supply services to us, such as web hosting, may have access to the data as processors, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Retention period
We keep data for as long as the business relationship lasts or as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. After that, we keep it blocked for the periods required by applicable law, in particular tax and commercial law, and then delete it.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by emailing reservas@autolux.cat or writing to our offices, stating the right you wish to exercise and providing proof of identity.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
