How can I book a service?
You can book an Autolux service through the web form, the Android and iOS app, by phone on +34 93 818 23 36 or by email at reservas@autolux.cat.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. The service price is fixed at booking and does not depend on traffic or journey duration.
Can I hail an Autolux vehicle in the street like a taxi?
No. Autolux is a VTC service and works with advance booking only.
Are you available at night and on public holidays?
Yes. Autolux provides service 24 h, 365 days a year for services booked in advance.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes. Autolux confirms every booking with the service details and the fixed price.
Airports
Which airports do you serve?
Autolux serves every airport in Catalonia, with its base at Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat airport.
Where does the driver meet me at the airport?
The Autolux driver meets you in the arrivals area with a sign showing your name.
Does the driver help with luggage?
Yes. The Autolux driver helps with your luggage from the meeting point to the vehicle.
Do you serve both terminals at El Prat?
Yes. Autolux provides transfers to and from T1 and T2 at Barcelona-El Prat airport.
What should I include when booking an airport transfer?
When booking an airport transfer, include the flight number, time, number of passengers and bags, and the pick-up or drop-off address.
Companies and invoicing
Can I open a business account?
Yes. Autolux opens business accounts with bookings through the app, the web account or by phone and centralised invoicing.
How is the corporate service invoiced?
Autolux invoices by department, cost centre or reference, according to how each company is organised.
How many companies work with Autolux?

Do you have a booking app?
Yes. Autolux has its own Android and iOS app, as well as a web account.
Can you collect my company's clients or visitors?
Yes. Autolux collects clients and visitors at the airport, station or hotel and drives them to your office or meeting.
Fleet and vehicles
Which vehicle categories do you offer?
Autolux offers four categories: Business (Mercedes E-Class, Audi A6), Top (Mercedes S-Class long wheelbase), Electric (Tesla Model S) and Top-Van.
Can I choose the exact model?
No. You book a category, and the exact model may vary within the booked category.
How many passengers fit in each vehicle?
Autolux sedans carry up to 3 passengers and the Top-Van up to 8.
Do you have child seats?
Mention it when booking and Autolux will confirm child seat availability.
How are the drivers dressed?
Autolux drivers always wear a suit and tie.
Groups and events
Do you provide transport for congresses and events?
Yes. Autolux coordinates transport for congresses, seminars, forums and corporate events across Catalonia.
Do you provide wedding transport?
Yes. Autolux drives the couple, family and guests between the ceremony, the reception and the hotels.
How is the price for a group calculated?
Autolux prepares a custom quote for groups and events based on vehicles, schedules and routes, with a fixed price agreed before the service.
Can we have several vehicles at once?
Yes. Autolux can coordinate several vehicles and drivers simultaneously for the same event.
Do you offer vehicles by the hour?
Yes. Autolux offers an hourly service (at your disposal) for events, working days and excursions.
