Punctuality for tight schedules
An executive's schedule leaves little room: an early flight, a meeting at a client's office and a lunch with the board, often at different points across Barcelona. An Autolux executive chauffeur knows the city and the approaches to Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat airport, where we are based, and plans each journey with expected traffic in mind.
All services are pre-booked, with an agreed pick-up time and the chauffeur in place ahead of time. If the schedule changes during the day, the executive assistant can call the Autolux office and we will rearrange the service as far as circumstances allow. The service runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Working in the car, with discretion
For many executives, time in the car is working time: calls, emails or preparing a presentation. The Top category (long-wheelbase Mercedes S-Class) offers the most rear space, and the Business category (Mercedes E-Class or Audi A6) is an understated option for everyday use. If your company prefers, there is also the Electric category (Tesla Model S).
Autolux chauffeurs are polite, responsible and discreet. They do not repeat conversations or names heard during the journey, and they adapt to what each passenger wants: conversation or quiet. The details of each service are treated confidentially, which matters when board members travel or when deals are in progress. The chauffeur only needs the names and addresses required for the service.
Multi-stop days
When an executive has several meetings on the same day, the most practical option is our hourly service: the chauffeur stays with them all day, waits between appointments and drives them to the next address. There is no need to book separate journeys or find a taxi after each meeting, and luggage or documents can stay in the vehicle.
Days can include trips outside Barcelona, for example to Tarragona (approx. 100 km, around 1 h 10 min depending on traffic) or Girona (approx. 100 km, around 1 h 15 min depending on traffic). Send us the schedule with addresses and times and we will propose the arrangements and the price.

Easy management for the executive assistant
The executive assistant or the CEO's office can book through the Autolux app for Android and iOS, the web account, by phone or by email at reservas@autolux.cat. If travel is frequent, you can arrange a dedicated chauffeur with stable planning and the same driver whenever possible. In that case we agree the planning and conditions with each company.
Invoicing can be grouped by department, by cost centre or by the reference you give, for example the CEO's office or a specific project. You have a single point of contact at Autolux for all executive services, and customer service works in Catalan, Spanish, English, German, Italian and French, which helps when executives from other subsidiaries travel.

Which vehicle do you recommend for an executive chauffeur?
The Autolux Top category (long-wheelbase Mercedes S-Class) is the best fit for senior management because it has the most rear space. For everyday use, the Business category (Mercedes E-Class or Audi A6) is also very common.
Can the chauffeur wait between meetings?
Yes. With the Autolux hourly service, the chauffeur stays with the executive all day and waits between meetings. Send us the schedule and we will confirm the fixed price before the service.

Can our CEO always have the same chauffeur?
Yes, with a dedicated chauffeur agreement. Autolux assigns the same chauffeur whenever possible, and we agree the planning and conditions with each company.
Who can book the executive chauffeur?
