Many incentive trips and team building days include an outing beyond the city. The Penedès wineries are approx. 50 km from Barcelona (around 45-60 min depending on traffic), Montserrat approx. 60 km (around 1 h) and the Costa Brava approx. 100 km (around 1 h 15 min to 1 h 30 min). These journeys call for punctuality because they are usually tied to a visit or a lunch with a set time.

Autolux has its offices in Vilafranca del Penedès, in the heart of the wine region, and knows the access roads to the wineries and country estates where many corporate events take place. We also arrange transfers to Sitges (approx. 40 km, around 35-45 min depending on traffic), to coastal hotels or to venues for gala dinners.

Coordinating several vehicles

On an incentive trip, the group often arrives on different flights, splits into parallel activities and meets up again for dinner. That makes transport a sequence of services that must be coordinated rather than a single journey. We coordinate several chauffeur-driven vehicles at the same time or in staggered departures, according to the programme.

The Top-Van carries up to 8 passengers and suits sub-groups doing the same activity. For executives or VIP guests there is the Top category (long-wheelbase Mercedes S-Class), and for the rest of the group the Business or Electric category. Airport transfers on arrival and departure can also be included in the same programme, so that all the event transport sits in a single proposal.

Whether the incentive is organised by a MICE agency or by the company's HR department, you have a single point of contact at Autolux for the whole programme: timings, passenger lists, last-minute changes and coordination with the chauffeurs. Send us the programme with the activities, pick-up points and number of people, and we will prepare a tailored quote. If the programme changes during preparation, we update it with you.

Invoicing can be grouped by department, by cost centre or by the event reference, which makes settlement easier when the agency passes the cost on to its end client. International groups and multilingual service

Incentive trips often bring together participants from several countries. Autolux chauffeurs speak more than one language, wear a suit and tie and greet the group with a sign showing the company or event name. Customer service is available in Catalan, Spanish, English, German, Italian and French, so a foreign agency can also coordinate the programme in its own language.

For companies with sustainability targets, you can ask for part of the services to use the Electric category (Tesla Model S).
