Many workplaces in Catalonia are on industrial estates or business parks that public transport does not reach or serves only occasionally. For staff this means relying on their own car, and for the company it means harder recruitment or late arrivals. A chauffeur-driven shuttle connects the workplace with a train station, a metro stop or an agreed meeting point, at the times your shifts actually start and finish.
Autolux has its offices in Vilafranca del Penedès and its base at Barcelona airport, and knows the industrial areas of the Barcelona metropolitan area, the Penedès and the Camp de Tarragona well. Together with you we define the pick-up points, the timetables and the number of people per journey, and match the vehicles to each time slot.

Shift changes and hours outside public transport
Early, night and weekend shifts often do not match public transport timetables. Because Autolux operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for pre-booked services, we can cover 6 a.m. starts, midnight finishes or shifts on public holidays, provided they are planned in advance. The shuttle then runs to your shift pattern rather than to a public timetable.
The service also helps in specific situations: engineering works that close a rail line, an office move to a new area, a production peak with temporary staff, or a training day that brings together employees from several sites. In every case we agree the planning and conditions with each company.

Top-Vans and several coordinated vehicles
The Top-Van is a minivan for up to 8 passengers, suitable for small groups travelling the same route. When volumes are larger, we coordinate several vehicles at the same time or in staggered departures, so that every shift arrives on time. For individual trips, such as an executive visiting the plant, the Business and Electric categories are available.
All vehicles are driven by professional Autolux chauffeurs, with our own VTC licences and in suit and tie. We do not operate coaches, so the service is designed for groups that can be split across vehicles of up to 8 seats. Planning, one point of contact and invoicing
HR or the office manager has a single point of contact at Autolux for shift changes, adding or removing passengers and extra services. Changes can be sent by phone on +34 93 818 23 36, by email to reservas@autolux.cat or through the web account, and customer service works in six languages, which helps with international teams.
Invoicing can be grouped by department, by cost centre or by the reference you give, for example a site or a production line. That way HR and finance can allocate the cost of employee transport where it belongs, without handling individual travel expense claims. If needed, each shuttle line can carry its own reference on the invoice.

Yes. You can send changes to shifts or passenger numbers to your Autolux contact by phone, by email or through the web account, and we adjust the planning as far as circumstances allow.
