How to start planning transport for your event
Send us the dates, the approximate number of attendees, the hotels and venues, and the busiest moments, such as the first arrivals day or the gala dinner. With that information we prepare a proposal for vehicles and timings and a tailored quote. The earlier you contact us, the easier it is to reserve the fleet you need.
Before the event we review the final transfer list together and fix the price. If there are last-minute changes, such as a rescheduled flight, you let us know and we adjust the service.
